Can I Check My Order Status?

Yes! We will send you email updates any time your order status changes. There is a link in those emails to your order status page which you can check anytime. If you would like to receive updates via text as well, you can opt in with your phone number after checkout. You can also do the same with Facebook messenger updates. To access your order status page at any time, you can enter your details here. Please note - once a package is delivered to the destination country, it may switch carriers. For example, Canada Post will become USPS when delivering to the USA. So if you have purchased a tracking number from Canada Post and it has not updated in a while on their website, try checking it with a local carrier.

Will I Get A Tracking Number?

Great question. After some feedback from our amazing customers, ALL orders to Canada & USA will include a tracking number from now on. However, since international shipping (outside USA & Canada) can be a little more expensive, we are still offering the standard airmail delivery option at a lower price, which does not include a tracking number. If you live outside of Canada & the USA and would like a tracking number, please make sure to select one of the "tracked" shipping options at checkout.

How Long Until My Order Is Shipped?

Great question! Each order is personally packaged & mailed by Braden, the creator of STAY COZY. You should receive a shipping notification within 3 business days of placing your order (unless the world runs out of coffee, it may take a little longer) but on average please allow 3 business days for your order to be packaged & dropped off at the post office. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following week.

How Long Will My Package Take To Arrive?

We thought you might ask. We have officially integrated the STAY COZY online shop with Canada Post. This means that you will now have multiple shipping options instead of just a standard flat rate. When you add an item to your cart, The Canada Post system will calculate shipping based on your location & total weight of your order & show you all available options. At checkout, you can select which one you'd like to go with. Delivery time estimates are provided directly by Canada Post and can vary by a few.

What Is Your Return / Refund Policy?

We have two goals:

  • Help you stay cozy.
  • Make you look good as heck while doing it.

If for some reason we do not reach those goals and you are unhappy with your STAY COZY purchase, please send us a message on our contact page and we will be more than happy to get it sorted out with you. Please refer to the sizing charts (available in product descriptions) before making a purchase since we cannot guarantee the availability of other sizes after you receive your order. Please note that if you do wish to return an item, it will need to be undamaged in original packaging & include all extra pieces (tags, COA, etc).

 What If An Item Is Sold Out?

Part of what makes STAY COZY special is that most of our pieces are limited edition. This means that they will only be made once, and after they sell out... they're gone. But don't worry, that just means we have to keep growing and releasing more awesome pieces. Make sure to sign up to our mailing list so you get notified as soon as something becomes available! 

When Will You Release More Pieces?

Our goal is to evolve & grow more efficient with each package we mail. This means tweaking our sizing, designs, material, you name it - until we reach maximum coziness. We know it won't happen overnight, and appreciate you joining us in the early stages. That being said, when the majority of items are listed as SOLD OUT on our website, you can expect that something new is on the way!

Can I Switch Currencies?

Yep! There is a currency converter on the top right of our website.
